2024 – present. A free learning platform for anyone in healthcare delivery to build practical public-health and leadership skills — close to 1,000 people have registered across its sessions.

Chair, MWAN Scientific and Grants Committee

Oct 2023 – present, spanning three areas of committee work:

  • Leadership training — managed the MWAN Global Health Women Leadership Development Program, convened by Dr Maimunat Alex-Adeomi; led MWAN's collaboration with Women Leading Change and the Women in Leadership Advancement Network (WILAN); supported the selection and six-month training of 25 early-career female doctors; co-created and delivered the LEaD training for female medical doctors in February 2024.
  • Deputy Editor-in-Chief, Journal of the Medical Women's Association of Nigeria (J-MWAN) — supported the journal's re-branding after a two-year publication lull; assigns manuscripts and manages peer review; coordinates special issues; organised training to build manuscript-writing capacity.
  • Grantsmanship — led multi-specialty teams through 10 grant applications for MWAN; Program Manager for three of the resulting successful grants.
